  I there, trying to change the colour of my Menu background and can not find Appearance or CSS in my customization tabs as suggested in tutorials.

  Please help.

  I used the same template for my project too :)

  You could try to install the following plugin: Simple Custom CSS

  There, you can insert your own CSS, which should look like that:

  .navigation-wrapper {
  background: black;
  }

  You can choose also another color instead of black.
