Menu DISAPPEARS on infinite scroll view, but NOT on individual posts

Hi,
I have 2010 theme, and when I view my blog from the home address http://thinkpurpose.com , with infinite scroll, the menu on the right hand side disapears! Howver if you view the blog from an individual post, the menu is there!

This has JUST started happening, in last month or so. No changes were made by me to design or menus in this time.
I’ve noticed that if on the home page and I scroll down fast, the menu eventually appears for a brief second.
This is the same on a laptop as on my phone.
Any ideas how I can get my menu to appear as I need it on homepage view!The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Wow, so it is. Thanks for that. Haven’t been able to spot the error in that post but turning it to draft has solved the problem.
