Menu doesn’t appear in the header

I’ve set the menus properly with menus location but it doesn’t appear in the header. Would you mind please sharing the proper solution to fix the issue?

Thanks for providing more details.
As I checked, you are using the blank canvas theme which is designed for single-page websites which are by default with no header, navigation menus, or widget (turned off by default). In order to extend the functionality to add those features, it can be turned on by enabling that in the “Content Options” section of the Appearance-> Customize. Tick the below option.Enable site header and top menu
Check to show a standard site header, navigation menu and social links menu on the top of every page. These can be configured in the “Site Identity” and “Menus” panels.https://wordpress.com/theme/blank-canvas
Also, in the Customize-> Menu, enable the menu locations option as per your choice.
