Menu doesn't scroll
-
One of my menu items (Campground Reports) has a long list of pages that makes the menu spill off the screen. Normally, in a situation like this menus tend to scroll when you move the cursor off the bottom of the page. That doesn’t happen on my blog. The menu just rolls up. Consequently all the items in the menu below the bottom of the page are lost to the reader.
This has been the case for me on my MacBook Pro )S 10.9.5 with both Chrome and Safari.
Is there a setting I need to enable to make the menu scroll? Is this a bug with WordPress? I’m using the 2014 theme hosted by WordPress.com.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I am using Firefox 37 on a PC and I do not have the issue that you describe. I can scroll right down the whole column easily. I’m sorry I am unable to help you resolve this. Thanks for checking. It’s good to know it’s working for at east some people.
I just checked with Opera and it doesn’t work with that browser either on my Mac so maybe it’s a Mac thing,

The list isn’t scrolling for me either, so it does seem to be browser specific. That having been said, it will be easier for all of your users to see your campground reports if you make some adjustments to that menu.
One option is to link the menu to a static page with all the campground reports. You could set that up using the display posts short code. Here’s more info on how that works.
The other option would be to create a custom menu. This would allow you to sort the reports by state and have sub menus for each. Here’s more on how custom menus work
If you’d like to pursue one of those options let me know and I’ll be happy to provide more specific instructions.

Thanks for your reply.
In another thread I’ve been exploring different ways to handle the menu, simply because I want it organized by state. Meanwhile, until I get that sorted out I thought if there was an easy fix to the problem I mention above in this thread I could undertake the solution.
Did you men to say it “is” browser specific or “isn’t”? I’ve tried 3 browsers and they all have the same problem so in my experience it is not browser specific. I think it may be platform related, i.e. Mac.

My mistake. Platform specific is correct.
