Menu font bolded but wrong color when on its respective page
-
When I select a page from my menu, the font on the button becomes bold, but goes from blue to black. I’d like to have it remain the same color be remain bold. Any idea how to rectify? Thanks!

When I select a page from my menu
Do you mean when you hover over a menu item or when you actually click on it and then land on that page (i.e. the current menu for the page you’re on).
If you meant you want to change the font color and weight for menu items on hover in the Twenty Twelve, try this:
.main-navigation a:hover, .main-navigation li a:hover { color: #000; font-weight: bold; }Although, I wouldn’t recommend using bold on hover because it does change the size of the text a little and causes things to seem “jumpy” in my opinion.

Looks like this was a duplicate question then! See https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/how-can-i-change-the-current-font-color-on-my-menu-bar?replies=6#post-1257755

You’re right! I thought one of these got lost in the ether when it was moved to the CSS section. My error!
