Menu for a long page
-
Hi,
I have quite a long page I am trying to put online now and I was wondering if I can put shortlinks in the beginning of the same page to refer to the content in the page itself?
For example:
Text1 (Hyperlink)
Text2 (Hyperlink)
Text3 (Hyperlink)Text 1
Blablabla
Text 2
Blablabla
Text 3
BlablablaThank you,

Hey there, Pierre,
You can do that! There are two methods I’d recommend:
- First, if you want those links to appear at the beginning of your page, you’ll actually need to split the content on three different pages (ie. Part 1, Part 2, Part 3). Then you’ll add links to the top of your content box using these instructions:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/links/ - Second, you can add Next Page tags. However, these tags will appear at the bottom of your page. Here are those instructions:

Once you decide which method to use, if you have any questions along the way, please do let me know.
Thanks much!

Hi,
Thx for your answer :-)
Ok I understand your proposal…
Isn’t it possible to keep all content on 1 single page and use links in the top of the page that go directly at the paragraph lower on the page?
You see what I mean?
Thank you,

This is also possible. Here are the instructions.
