Hi there,
I’m not sure what you mean by “menu glitch”. If you’re referring to the fact that there is a space on the left side of the menu, that’s due to the fact that this particular theme right-justifies the menu rather than centering or left-justifying it.
You can see this in the information page for Fanwood Light:
http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/fanwood-light/If you wish to modify this, you can go into your custom CSS and add these lines:
.navigation-main ul {
float: left; } -
Hi!
When you hold the cursor over the “personalized training”, there will be a drop down. however when you want to move the cursor over to one of the drop down options (e.g cardiovascular training), it disappears. I am not too sure what is the cause. Please assist me in this matter. http://www.physiqu3.com.
Thank you!

Hi,
I wasn’t clear with my problem before, apologies. The problem is when navigating the cursor from the parent menu (personalized training) to the sub menu (cardio vascular training), the menu more often than not minimizes. I am aware that there should not be any gap between the parent menu and sub menu. How do I go about fixing this problem.
Thank you

Hi there,
The gap there is being caused by a custom font. Right now you have chosen Arimo +2 as your body font. If you reduce the size of that font, it will work properly again.
If you wish to continue to use that size or make other modifications to your site design, you can do that with custom CSS. You might consider posting in our CSS customization forums for more advice and assistance:
