Menu Glitch

  I am having a problem with the navigation on my blog. When I click on one of my submenus, it takes me to that page without a problem. Once I am on that page, it is stuck and I am not able to click on any of my menu items to leave the page. Is this a glitch or is there a setting where I can fix this?
