Menu gone dead

    On Dec 13th I opened a thread called Menu Gone Dead. The matter remained unresolved, but the thread is now closed to replies so I have to open a new one.
    Suddenly, today, the problem solved itself! It works as it used to do and I have marked the old thread as resolved. I did nothing for this to happen. For a change you get good news instead of a problem. Unless you reply with something that needs a further comment from me, this thread too can be marked as resolved.
