Hey there!
The menu headers are showing up twice on the page when you click on it. Can you help me take the second one out?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi yogapractiks,
I took a look at your site and it looks like you are using the Button 2 theme. When you click on the menu, the second heading that you are seeing (Home or Contact, for example) is actually the page title. The only way to hide the page title is with custom CSS, which is only available if you have a Premium or Business Plan. You can learn more about the different plans and what is included with them here: https://wordpress.com/pricing/
Here is a thread that explains more about this: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/remove-page-titles-6?replies=2
If you do not have the Premium or Business Plan, you have a few options:
1. You could leave the page titles as they are.
2. You could edit the page titles to leave them blank. This is not recommended because it makes it hard to tell your pages apart.
3. You could try another theme where the menu is not right above the page title. That might make it look less like a heading is being repeated.Hope this helps! Let me know if you have any questions about this.

You may use a custom menu to avoid the issue you describe.
Example 1:
The page titled “Services” has the longer title “YogaPractiks Services:” at the top of its content. You may change the page title to “YogaPractiks Services:” with or without the colon, and name the custom menu item that links to it “Services.” The name of a custom menu item is also called its “Navigation Label.”Example 2:
Change the title of the page “About” to “About Dr. Ruiz,” which is presently found at the top of the page content. Then name the custom menu item that links to the page “About.”See the Custom Menus support page, particularly the Editing the menu item text section, which describes and illustrates how to modify the “Navigation Label” of a menu item.
