Menu headings

    Hello. How do I prevent my menu headings from appearing on their corresponding pages?

    I set up a menu Home, About, How we work.

    When I click on Home the relevant page appears below with a title that says Home in large bold letters.

    How do I change the title on the page to read something different?

    For example if I select Home on the menu bar and I want to see the title of that page saying Welcome to my site?

    Or if I don’t want any title on that page how do I remove it altogether.

    PS Generally I think WP is amazing so far. Relatively easy to navigate, even for a novice like me.
