Menu headings

  on my page i have home and about me as my headings. how do i add more headings and is it possible to move some posts into those specific headings.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,

  I checked out your site and see that you now have the following headings in addition to your About Me:

  EUROPE 2014
  EGYPT 2014
  ATLANTA 2014

  Did you already figure this out or do you need more assistance?

  Hi,

  You need to add categories to your posts:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/categories/#adding-categories-via-the-categories-module

  then you need to create a custom menu
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/#creating-a-custom-menu

  then add categories to the menu:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/#adding-category-pages

  thank you! and one last question… how do i update my home page.. at the moment my home page displays all posts http://fromyyzandbeyond.wordpress.com/page/2/

  however i would like my home page to start off with my european pictures just like this

  You’re welcome!

  Probably the easiest way to get your European pictures on the front page is to mark the European posts as sticky.
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/post-visibility/#sticky-posts
  This will keep the European posts on top of other posts so it will show up first.

  >< so much to learn! But I’ll definite get there.. I just updated my pages by adding so me writing. However, it’s not showing only my pictures.. How will I getting writing to show?

  Hi,

  Can you post here the link to the page you added writing to? How exactly are you adding the text?

  When I click here:
  http://fromyyzandbeyond.wordpress.com/2014/09/21/swiss-alps-switzerland/
  I only see pictures and no text.

  If you want to add text to this post, in your Dashboard, go to Posts > All Posts, then hover over the post name and click Edit. It should open up the editor for you. You should see your pictures and you can add your text in the editor.

  The link that you posted is a page. If you want it to appear with your pictures, you need to make a post instead.

  Go to Posts → Add New in your dashboard, then copy and paste the contents of your page to a new post. You can also add a category to this post if you like.
