Menu hierarchy and links lost

  My website thecommonvein.net using twenty fourteen theme has lost 2 functionalities of the menu system 1) The hierarchy the menu is not displaying ie the mother and daughter items are all displayed at one level 2) All the links of the all the menus are not functioning. The site has about 40 subdomains all with twenty fourteen theme, and the subdomains have not lost this functionality webhost assistance says there is an error with access to the database but could not go any further – Please help Thanks

  Can you point me toward a menu item where you’re seeing this please?

  The reason why I ask is because I’m not seeing anything untoward with regards to sub-menus thus far.

  2) All the links of the all the menus are not functioning.

  As above, is there a link that doesn’t seem to be working that you can show me please.
