Menu in WordPress Webstie

  I have created a custom header – https://www.21moneymaps.com/
  I want a menu bar right below the header and above the slider. ( Exactly like in this website – http://judyannfoster.com/)

  However, the menu is hidden under the custom header, i.e , If i remove the custom header and change it to Transparent header, i can see the menu.

  I reached out earlier and was told to change the Z index CSS but id didn’t help because i wanted to move the layer down.

  I would really appreciate if someone could help me out of this because i’ve been looking for a solution for more than a week now.
