menu is being displayed at bottom of page, can't get rid of it

  Using a theme with menu icon in top right corner. Pressing icon opens menu as a side bar. Problem is the menu is also being displayed at the bottom of every single page and I can’t rid of it? Menu location is set to header menu. New to wordpress any help is appreciated!

  I have a similar problem, that the menu is displayed at the beginning of the page content.
  How did you get rid of it?

  There was some php code in the footer.php file that was hardcoding a menu into the page. I just got rid of it. If the menu is appearing in the top of your page I would check any files related to that area

  Thanks. I finally got rid of it by adding some code in the style.css.
