Menu is not active on mobile view

Hi, does any one else have the same problem with the main menu on mobile view: it´s not active or opening the pull down sublevel topics. On my laptop monitor everything is fine and working well. This problem effects only the smart phone view. Sorry if this topic is already reported but I don´t know how to solve that issue.
