menu is not allowing further nesting

  menu is not allowing further nesting

  Is there a limit to the number of nested menu items? I’ve been using nesting to two levels since I created the blog, but today it is not allowing me to nest anything – it bumps it up to the top level. In fact, when I tried moving an already nested item under another top level menu, it bumped it to the top level.
