Menu isn’t functional

  Hi, I’m trying to make my menu functional. How do I do this? I already created the menu, but when I click on the menu buttons for “Blog Part I,” nothing happens. This is for a graduate school class, and I really need assistance.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
