  Please, I can’t access my menu. When I click on it, it doesn’t show anything. As if its frozen. Please what do I do?

  Sorry you’re not able to access your website menu.

  Have you tried accessing your Admin dashboard from another browser or private browsing mode to see if the menu is still frozen?

  Please, I can’t access my menu.
  Do you access the menu at Customize so you can add to or edit it? Is your menu a custom menu that you created? If not then that’s why you can’t edit it. The Dara theme displays a default pages menu if no custom menu is created and set to display. If your site is displaying the default menu, then you won’t see it at Customize > Menus, and you can’t edit it. The default menu will display all published pages.

  So if your menu is in fact the default menu, then the way to gain control over what appears in your menu is to replace the default menu with a custom menu as described in the Site Menus support page.

  If I’ve misunderstood what you mean by “access my menu,” then please explain.

  The first sentence of my response should have been “Do you mean access the menu at Customize so that you can add to or edit it?”
