Menu item not saving

  I am using a child theme of Customizr v 4.1.19 r
  I’ve created a new page and published it but when I tick the box to add it to the menu, nothing happens. If I use ‘live’ editor it works, but again, doesn’t save.

  Thank you . I contacted my host provider so they could check their end. They checked the PHP settings and said everything was OK at their end and it’s a problem with my WordPress version. My version is up to date.
