menu item that send people to my posts

    Hi!
    I would like to add a “Blog” category on my menu (Photographer theme), which would show all of my posts, but I really have no idea how to do that!
    I have more categories that show an image and a short summary of each post, and i LOVE that for my portfolio, but I would also like to have a “Blog” category that displays all the latest posts. (just like in the “Demo” version of the Photographer theme.)
