  In order to put my different recipes under the right menu, it looks like I am going to have to make one long page or blog post for that menu item. I am unable to link my post to certain menu items.

  @julie1gall are you hoping to set up a menu that links to each individual recipe? Or, would you like to link to categories?

  Can you send a link to your site that has recipes on it?
