menu link

How do I attach a menu to a link, so that when someone presses the menu it automatically takes them to an external page?
I have a website that has two blogs, but one of them has been set up to be an rss feed. I do not like the setup. It’s current menu page is called BLOG LIFE. I want my visitors to click BLOG LIFE and that automatically opens up the external WordPress blog site.
Additional info: I am using WordPress manager hosted by Godaddy and my current theme is (Sugar and Spice). Also, I do not have a lot of experience so please explain in detail as to what I should do.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I am using WordPress manager hosted by Godaddy …
That’s not a WordPress.com hosted blog. I’m sorry but we are unable to provide support for any sites that are not hosted here at WordPress.COM and our support docs do not apply to your site.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support forums. http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.

WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page
