Menu Links Don't Work

The menu links on my blog no longer work. They used to work just fine, but then I upgraded the WordPress platform I was using, and they no longer work. My theme (Coraline) supports a navigation menu. I have tried using the pages menu as intended, but that doesn’t work. I then tried creating a custom menu with the actual links to the pages, but that didn’t work either.
The links work if you click on them right away, but if you wait for the site to fully load the links are no longer active.
I have tried turning off all of the plugins, and have gotten rid of all of the extra widgets. None of this has has worked.
