Menu missing from homepage, appears on other pages

I looked at the support page and searched around the forums for ideas, but to no avail.
I had created a menu through the appearance tab and designated it to the available theme locations but it will not appear on my homepage. Though the Home button appears. If I load myself into another page I had created, the menu appears in its entirety. For some reason it respons the same way in any theme I choose.
What is going on? O_o
