menu missing in tablet and phone view

  earlier the in tablet and phone view the menu was represented by a blue block with the word ‘MENU’ in it – this has disappeared and the is just a white block in its place – if you click on it it shows the menu but no one will know it click on it??

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there, go to Appearance > Customize > CSS, delete all the informational text in that window, and paste in the following custom CSS.

  #mobile-link {
      background: #222 none repeat scroll 0 0 !important;
      color: #2390bb;
  }
