Menu moved up
-
Hello,
I am helping a friend set up his site for a gym and noticed that after I removed the name of the site and instead created a logo and posted it on the HEADER or the BACKGROUND image, the menu moved to the top right of the page where it cannot be seen. Is the only solution to this writing the name of the site as the theme is originally set? I know I can buy the CSS upgrade and then easily move down, but right now they have not decided about buying it. The site can be seen at http://www.ox-academia.com. The theme used is called SPECTRUM.
Thanks!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

When you remove the site title at settings > general, the title field collapses and the menu goes north. This can be fixed with CSS, but it does not look like your friend has the Custom Design upgrade.

One other thing, removing the title at settings > general is a bad idea since that means the site has no title that the search engines can see, and that is not good for SEO and will affect search engine ranking.

Yeah, I thought it was a bad idea, too. I will have to ask them to buy the CSS upgrade. On that note, when I buy the CSS Upgrade, I can use it on any theme, right? I can change to any theme and be able to manipulate the CSS?

Yes, the CSS upgrade is per blog or site, so you can use it on whichever theme you desire.

I got my friend to buy the CSS upgrade. Now that I have it, I have been trying to fix the things posted above. There are three things I would appreciate help with.
1. Eliminate the #site.description transparency
2. Moving the #main up to the top. Right now it is a bit down. I tried changing the #main top padding but didn’t work.
3. For some reason, when I click the Home button, the site does not take me to the splash page, but to the CONVENIOS page.Appreciate your help!
