Menu no longer accepting entries

  For some reason, new pages that I create are no longer being attached to my menus. I have changed nothing and do nothing differently from before. I can see the entries in the menu behind the scenes and I update the menu once I have added the items to it. This has been going on for a few weeks now.

  Any ideas gratefully received.
