“Menu” not under “Appearance” and caannot edit

    I apologise if this is covered elsewhere but I cannot find the specifics of this. The majority of the answers suggest clicking Appearance then Menus; this is not an option for me. There is no Menu under Appearance

    I’m using Blockstar and I have published a page but it isn’t appearing in the main menu. I have looked through everything.
