Menu not updating

  Hi, my menu won’t update when I change the settings with customisation.
  
  I am also having a unique problem where one header link “Media” is showing in bold. (live site header is above)
  
  To change the header in WP I am accessing:
  Appearance > Menus > edit selected menu that is currently being used, with no success.
  
  I have also tried:
  Customise > Menu (which gets to the below view), which is the menu I want to show, and it saves as expected, but is not displaying on the live site.
