menu not working on laptops/desktops

  Hi
  The top right menu icon does not work on many laptops or desktops for this WP using various browsers.

  Is there anything I change at my end to enable all desktop and laptop users to access the pages on the WP?
  Or is that users have to start disabling their security settings (which is hardly ideal)?
