Hi –
Your website thelobolaircom.wordpress.com shows the “Coming soon” message.
It looks like you are talking about a different website.
Could you please let us know the address of the website where you have the issue. -
Hi there,
http://thelobolaircom.wordpress.com/ has no pages published, and while you have a custom menu active, there is nothing added to that menu. I don’t see any other sites in your account.
We cannot diagnose an issue if we can’t see it, so can you please confirm the site you need help with and provide more information on exactly what’s going wrong?

@imichsmith: Your site thelobolair.com is not hosted by WordPress.com.
It is using the self-hosted version of WordPress and it is hosted by Dreamhost. We’re only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by us. For help with a self-hosted WordPress site you can also ask over at the WordPress.org forums:

Hi there,
It looks like you’re using a custom menu plugin on that site, Mega Menu.
If that plugin is not properly disabling the built-in menu for the theme on the mobile version, that’s a problem with the plugin, not with the theme. You can contact support for that plugin here:
https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/megamenu
You can also try adding this custom CSS to hide the theme’s menu button on the mobile version of the theme:
button.menu-toggle { display: none; } -

If someone posts here regarding a self-hosted site using a theme that’s made by Automattic, please don’t refer them to the general WordPress.org support forums.
Either send them to the specific support forum for the theme they’re using, https://wordpress.org/support/theme/ixion in this case, or tag the thread for staff. As I had already previously replied to this thread, in this case the even better option would have been to just leave it for me, as staff automatically see all replies on any threads where we’ve already replied, and we follow up on all of them if needed.
