  How do I delete the ‘BLOG’ page from the menu. I did it once and then clicked a button and now it is permanently there and I don’t want it.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Howdy thesilversaffron!
  You can manage it from your Menus section,
  navigate to Themes–>Customize–>Menu

  You will find the Menu Item there, just remove it from there!
  This should serve your purpose.
