  I’m not understanding what this does-Menu Options- Automatically add new top-level pages to this menu

  It looks like you are posting in the wrong forum. Luxeintimatevibrations.com is using the self-hosted version of WordPress since it not being hosted by WordPress. This forum is for WordPress.com hosted sites only.
