Menu options/remove the "posted by" verbiage

    Hello,

    I am trying to mirror another wordpress.com blog – http://ubargrotto.com. For each menu option, the first post appears without the “posted by” and date. How do I make that happen for my blog? I have used the “sticky page” option for the front page, but would like to do the same with the other menu options.
