menu order isn’t working

  My menu order isn’t working. The ranking order is 10 and this is the highest. (shown in red) It should appear last. However the page still shows it as becoming first.

  Another question. How do I get ride of the social media buttons? (shown in purple) I already have these buttons on the footer. I don’t want them on the left side of my screen as well.

  This is WordPress.com forum, the website you are using is built on open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org), which is hosted elsewhere rather than WordPress.com.   However, for editing menu items you will find options in Appearance->Menus.
