MENU PAGE NOT FOUND

Hi there! First, a request: please don’t use ALL CAPS when submitting a support request. It comes across as shouting and it stresses us out before we even see your message. As a yoga practitioner I’m sure you can appreciate what an impact a calm beginning can have on any interaction. :)
As for your Gallery page issue, all the usual reasons that kind of thing happens aren’t in play here (incorrect link in menus, etc). I see you have an earlier version of the Gallery page in your trash (so the current one is labeled Gallery-2). This *shouldn’t* make a difference, but would if be okay with you if I deleted the page you have in your trash so I can see if doing that and turning ‘gallery-2’ into ‘gallery’ will make a difference? Sometimes a label that is also used in the application software can cause a quiet ruckus, so I’d like to try and rule that out first. Let me know if this is okay with you, and I’ll dig around a bit to try and fix it.

Hi there. No one is ignoring you. By the time you responded yesterday, it was just past my workday (we’re all over the place in terms of time zones).
One thing I saw was that you had created a custom menu, but it wasn’t showing because you hadn’t checked the box to assign it the “primary menu” theme location. I fixed that so the custom menu is now being used.
To get the gallery page to work, I wound up having to delete it and make a new one that was the same. It’s working now.

Hi thanks for your help. I would like to know how i upload photos smaller and side to side . If you look at my gallery some photos are big some are small . I would like them to be all small and same size which looks better . Looking forward to hear from you soon. Deniz

Hi Deniz. When you upload a photo, it gives you sizing options in the details pane on the right hand side of the uploader. You can use this to set them at the pre-determined small/medium/large sizes set by the theme, or at full size. If you want to change the file sizes or crop them or anything, rather than just choosing pre-set sizes, you can click on Edit Image when you upload and it will give you some basic image editing tools, including resizing (labeled Scale Image). You can also edit images already in a post or page by going to edit that post/page, and clicking once on the image. Two icons will appear on top of the image. The one that looks like a picture icon will open the image editor. The red cross-circle will delete the image from the post/page.

Hello again. I have made a mistake and chAnge my back ground color. And unfortunalty i couldnt undo it. I like to have the previous matal theme as backgroung on my website . Thanks Deniz

Hi Deniz, sorry for the delay getting back to you. I just switched your background back to the default Matala theme background, so you should be all set.
If you ever need to switch back to the default background again, you can do that by going to Appearance > Customize in your dashboard. From there, open the Colors section. Under Background Color, you can click on Select Color and then click the Clear button to clear your custom background color (and go back to the default). When you’re done, click the Save button in the bottom right to save your changes, and then click Cancel to view your site with the default background.
