Menu problem: how to display posts in all categories under 'page'

  Hello,

  Currently I have a menu set up where there are pages as the menu items, and then categories when you mouse over.

  So, for example, “Recipes” is a page, and then the different categories of recipes show up when you mouse over like “Sandwiches” and “Drinks”.

  My issue is that when someone CLICKS on “Recipes”, I would like all the posts that include the categories in the “Recipes” menu to show up. So anyone could get all my recipes in one click, basically. I do not know how to do that. The rest of the menu works fine… like you click on “Sandwiches” and all posts that were categorized as “Sandwiches” show up.

  I would really appreciate any help. Thank you!!
