Menu problem,need help urgently..

  I mistakenly collapsed the menu and I got all the dashboard,pages,post and so on wiped out…I tried all I could to get it back but all to no avail,please I desperately need help.

  At the bottom of the collapsed menu there is a triangle with the point to the right – click on the triangle

  It should be at the very bottom of the skinny not quite a menu on the left side of your screen – the button is small and blends well with the background

  I saw the button but its unclickable and still no changes.
