It looks like your site is hosted by a third party. We can only help with WordPress.com hosted sites in this forum.

I just wanted to add that doing a quick whois search will allow you to identify the registrar of the domain and also the current name server or a records. This information is helpful to users who aren’t sure where to get help at for their site.

helohelo45 – the site you’ve shared is working properly in my browser.
http://heloisedelegue.com/ was registered through GoDaddy and is actively pointed to Domain Control rather than WordPress.com. So, there’s no connection here. Because of that it’s not really possible for me to provide any further help.
