Menu Styling / Coding Question

Hi gang :)
I am just wondering whether it would be possible to re-create the menu that Apple currently have at present.
I have so far styled mine in terms of colors etc like theirs as seen here :
but I am wanted to replicate theirs in terms of actions etc, especially the way the menu acts on mobile devices. If you are unsure what I am talking about then please check it out on a mobile device.

@500mode, I would suggest posting in the volunteer-based WordPress.org Themes and Templates forum. Hopefully one of the volunteers can help achieve a similar look and behavior.
