Menu title as Page title

  Why does the MENU item appear as the PAGE TITLE too? On my site applestoastmasters.com – as I add new pages, the menu button name appears as the page title too.

  Any idea where is the mistake / error / setting? Thanks.

  I found it.. :)
  Appearance > Menu (item) > Navigation Label..
