menu visability

  This is just one of a couple of problems I’m having. I’m relatively new to making a WP theme and I don’t know how to make the menu show up on a theme from scratch. There’s no option to ‘place it at the top/main menu’ nor any side/bottom navigation/menu options when I’m working on the links I want in the menu. I’m also not understanding Widgets at all, but that could be settled some other time.

  I don’t know why it said I need help with the blog at that site, when it’s actually the blog over at http://rennsday.byethost7.com/
