Menu won’t update

Ive updated my menu but it will not update on the site.

Which items are you not able to see on the menu? I’m happy to make a comparison to what I see from my end.
It would be worth checking in a different web browser or clearing the cache on your current one too.

I can see the site is using our Jetpack plugin though. The connection looks great when I check it in our debugging tool. This makes me wonder if you have another plugin or theme conflict interfering with the Jetpack connection and the menu updating..
The easiest thing to try first would be to clear your browser cache and try updating the menu.
If that doesn’t work, move on to testing plugins. Disable every plugin on the site and leave the Jetpack one enabled. Test the menu, try to update it. If it doesn’t update let me know. If it does work, then add your plugins back one at a time until you figure out which one is running interference.

I’ve cleared my catch settings and removed the plug ins one by one. And the menu still won’t update.

Thanks for trying those suggestions. If disabling plugins and clearing your browser cache hasn’t helped, it might be worth contacting Jetpack support so they can look into this further:
They should be able to check for anything conflicting with the Jetpack plugin and preventing the customiser from working as it should.
