Menu/header font color

  Why are my menu titles and header not appearing properly? In my theme, it seems the color for the text has been crossed out randomly and I can’t do anything to change it. The font color for my header and menu titles should be dark gray. I didn’t change anything myself and it was fine earlier today. I’ve tried fixing it, but can’t figure it out.
