  Hi I can’t seem to get the options on my menu to drop down. And I can’t figure out how to create a custom link. If I could get someone to walk me through that that would be great

  Can you please explain in detail what are you trying to do here? Are you trying to create a sub-menu when you say “drop-down“?

  Okay, i understood your problem now…
  I seem to have the same problem when i tried to add custom links, it seems like there’s some glitch/bug on WordPress.

  I also tried logging out and login again and also in incognito mode but it does not seem to work.

  I would suggest you to wait to a while, WordPress will fix this.

  While the problem persists, you can use the menus option on the WP-ADMIN dashboard to add custom links.

  Go to: http://movingonmyownblog.wordpress.com//wp-admin/nav-menus.php, to edit/add menus with custom links.

  Hope this helps till the issue isn’t resolved.

  CORRECTION:
  Go to: http://movingonmyownblog.wordpress.com/wp-admin/nav-menus.php, to edit/add menus with custom links.

  This problem has been reported to our developers and they’re working on a fix.

  @otpidusprime

  I’d appreciate it if you don’t make promises like “WordPress will fix this” until we’ve actually confirmed that it’s a bug and that we’re working on it. Please rather just tag the thread for staff so we can investigate first.

  This problem should be fixed now. Please clear your browser cache, and let me know if you’re still unable to add new menu items from the customizer after doing that.
