  I can’t figure out how to create a menu. I want two menu options with from downs to my blog posts but when I add them- each post appears on the header and it looks cluttered and messy. Help please.

  With menu options, do you mean two menu locations or two menu items?
  Are you trying to add the posts to the menu itself such that the title appears long?
  If so you can change the text of the menu item.
