  I keep looking for a way to update my primary menu but none of the ways listed on your forums are available. I do not own the domain I am being forced to work under and I can only use the Flexi Basic Theme or the Responsive Framework Theme (which I have found to be the least responsive). All I want to do is update my primary navigation, but this is not an option. Please advise.
