  i want my site to have a clear menu at the top, but that isn’t happening

  Hello,

  The Theme you have chosen, Seedlet (https://wordpress.com/theme/seedlet) does offer a “top” menu option. In our site’s case, it would appear directly under the Sunnysidereviews heading. You can see how it would look by viewing the demo site on the page linked above.

  The link above to the Seedlet theme page has a video on creating menus if you scroll down to the “Adding Site Navigation” section. There is also more information on menus here:
