Hi there,
So, the theme you are using utilizes the Full Site Editor, which adds the menu differently than older themes:Since you are using one of these themes, then you have access to the Site Editor to edit all site elements in one place. Follow these steps to edit the menu on your site:
- From your dashboard, go to Appearance → Editor.
- Select the template containing the menu you want to edit.
- Open List View at the top-left corner of your screen (it’s the icon that looks like three horizontal lines above each other.)
- Select the Navigation block, which may be nested inside other blocks like Header, Group, and Row.
- Click the + Block Inserter that now appears on the Navigation block.
- A pop-up will appear for you to add a new link.
- You can search your site to find existing pages, posts, and other content to add.
- Only published content will appear here, not content that is set to private or draft.
- You can also type or paste a URL directly into the search box and press enter to add a URL to the menu.
- After adding a menu item, you can click on the text to customize what it says, if needed.
Now that you have added the menu items, you can reorder the items, create dropdown menus, and do much more with the Navigation block.
